  • Cold recycler 2200 CR

    The 2200 CR offers the best of both worlds. It's a cold in-place recycler and a conventional cold milling machine in one robust unit. This cold recycler performs in situ processing of roads with an integrated paving unit, but also serves as a high-performance cold milling machine. Offering performance well beyond conventional cold milling machines, the 2200 CR permits mixing of water-cement slurry, asphalt emulsion or foamed asphalt road base to a depth of nearly 14 inches, all the while being capable of cold milling as desired.

  • Cold recycler 3800 CR

    Engineering and design of the 3800 CR cold recycler correspond to the 2200 CR model. The 3800 CR offers a working width of 3.80 m. In addition, the down-cutting process, in which the milling drum rotates in the machine’s direction of travel, permits better control of the size of the milled asphalt material.

  • Cold recycler WR 4200

    The WR 4200 cold in-place recycler is the successor to the WR 4500, easily executing in-place recycling of roadways up to 13.7 ft. in width in a single pass. The machine pulverizes the existing pavement and can mix water, hydraulic binder, asphalt emulsion or foamed asphalt with the reclaimed material. An integral tamping screed then lays the prepared paving material true to cross-section, line and level, and compacts it.

  • Mobile cold recycling mixing plant KMA 220

    The KMA 200 portable cold mixing plant from Wirtgen will mix 220 tph of cold mix asphalt, without visible emissions and without requiring any EPA operating permits. Virgin and/or reclaimed materials can be processed using emulsions, foamed asphalt, lime, cement, polymer additives, fly ash and other materials. Because no heating is required, the mixing plant is virtually emission-free.

  • Slurry mixer WM 1000

    The WM 1000 is a mobile slurry mixer for dust-free addition of lime or cement for the cold recycling process. Production of slurry is controlled automatically by a microprocessor system. The water-cement slurry then is pumped or injected continuously to a coupled, downstream cold recycler or stabilizer, such as Wirtgen's WR 2500 S, in accordance with the stabilizer's rate of advance.
